I designed this card with Stampin' Up! supplies only. I LOVE Stampin' Up's Sizzlit die "Swirls Scribbles" and use it all the time! The swirls are a perfect choice for adding a little whimsy to the corners of the cupcake panel. If you are interested in making your own birthday cards the "Swirls Scribbles" die is only $4.95.
