Crazy For Cupcakes
I designed this card with Stampin' Up! supplies only. I LOVE Stampin' Up's Sizzlit die "Swirls Scribbles" and use it all the time! The swirls are a perfect choice for adding a little whimsy to the corners of the cupcake panel. If you are interested in making your own birthday cards the "Swirls Scribbles" die is only $4.95. Cupcake border wheel $6.50. I used the Stampin' Up! water colors for the images and highlighted with my Stampin' Write markers. Hoot Hoot Hooray!
My first card with this adorable Hero Arts Graduation Set! The blue and gold colors were inspired by an invitation we received. Stampin’ Up! Pacific Point and Brushed Gold card stock matched the invitation colors perfectly. Score! Stamped the owl on gold, Pacific Point and Whisper White. Cut out and pop-dotted the hat and robe. Now I'm off to pop it in the mail and continue working on jewelry orders. Have a great day! ;-)

Sweet Spring Bird necklace
Those that know me as an established jewelry designer ask if I still make jewelry because I don't post any pictures of my recent work. I *do* still make jewelry and here is an exclusive design to prove it. You won't see this anywhere else!! Behold the sweetest hand painted bird pendant paired with sterling silver, Bali beads, Swarovski crystals and quartz beads meticulously hand wrapped and linked in my unique style.
That's all for now. Have a super day!

Floral Feline
Sorry I have been missing. Deadlines and orders are a huge "time suck" right now. Hopefully this Card Eye Candy will make you forget all about my lack of posts.
Now that my dear friend has received her birthday box, I can share a picture of the card I made especially for her. Lots of TLC went into this creation. We share a common love of cats, therefore all her birthday cards must have a kitty. Colored pencils were used to color this image. I then very carefully cut out the image (check out those whiskers!!!) to apply to the center of the card with pop-dots for dimension. The Stampin' Up! Trio Flower punch was used for all the flowers. This punch is fantastic because with one squeeze you get three flowers at once. Stampin' Up! markers were used to add shading/highlighting to the swirls and butterflies.
I hope this sweet kitty brings a smile to your face and brightens your day.

You Rock Grad!
I needed a graduation card and quick! The school colors are black and red so I pulled out my Stampin' Up! Real Red card stock, Scary Skulls rolling wheel and the Just Jawing stamp set. The stars are cut out of a metallic black paper and the big star is adhered with pop-dots. That's all from me today...gotta run. Have a fabulous day!

Mother's Day Card
This is just one of the Mother's Day cards I designed this month. I love the Stampin' Up! Embosslit dies. They cut and emboss in one swoop making it so easy to create a quick card. I used my daubers to add shading with ink. Markers were used to add shading to the leaves and the butterflies. I always use markers or my white gel pen to decorate die cut or punched out butterflies. It adds so much. Once you discover this, you are sure to decorate your butterflies too. I'll bet money on this starting a trend. Stampin' Up Little Leaves dies for the leaves and the Texturz Plates to emboss the white card stock. You can easily swap out the sentiment and use this design for any occasion. Just choose your colors and this card comes together quickly. Now go create! ;-)

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
To me this is the epitome of a loving mother. This greeting card was waiting for me in my "Inbox" today from a very dear friend that has helped me "Mother" my furry children by sharing all kinds of wonderful advice. She is so sweet to take the time to use her computer mouse to add the sentiment below the photograph before attaching to the email.
My husband ROCKS!! I woke up to a beautiful and super yummy breakfast-in-bed and him wishing me "Happy Mother's Day". I'm so blessed. Hope your day is filled with blessings too.

Help Heal Hearts - Animal Rescue
Please check out this blog and donate! A PLACE TO BARK
Your donation is Tax Deductible. If they can raise $10,000 they will receive a matching grant of $10,000. The funds will go toward completing the shelter being built. They plan on providing low cost or free spay and neuter programs for the communities that surround the shelter. The blog is full of pictures and stories about the animals they have rescued, rehabilitated and adopted out. It would bring me such joy to see this happen for "A Place To Bark".
All animals should be as content and loved as this. Please help and spread the word.

Treetop Clown
Last weekend one of the many things I did was hang with crafty friends. My "out of the box" designs landed me the opportunity to play with a brand new stamp set released by Close To My Heart. I was a little worried I would disappoint my stamping buds. After a few hours of sleep and my handy sketch pad, I conquered my fears and came up with a few designs. After receiving awesome feedback, I decided to share with my blogging friends. The stamp set is shown above. It's called TREETOPS. The first thing I designed was a clown!!
CLOWN
* eyebrow - curved tree trunk, stamped and colored in black marker
* light pink cheeks, blue eyes and orange hair all different tree tops.
* mouth Stampin Up large oval punch w/top portion cut off & white gel pen
* nose 1" circle punch
* free hand cut his overalls from scrap paper
* buttons and faux stitching on overalls
* Fiskars star template for star
* Cuttlebug font for number 3
GOOD TIMES set for the "Celebrate" sentiment embossed in white and used stars w/ Versamark for background interest.
What do you think?? Are you interested in seeing the other designs I made from this set??
