Totally Tea Party

Popping in for a moment to share the last package I am sending off to my Stampin' Pal for this quarter.

I absolutely LOVE the Tea Party Designer Series Paper (Item 113992) by Stampin' Up.

All Supplies are Stampin' Up!

Matchbox Bigz XL die for the box embossed with Clear Embossing Power and the Delicate Dots (Item 115662) Jumbo wheel. Covered each Hershey's Nugget with a strip of coordinating paper from the Tea Party set. Flower is cut out from the Tea Party Designer Paper and layered with pop-dots.

For the card, I used the Texturz Plates to emboss the Bashful Blue cardstock. Layered the labels (Barely Banana and Pretty In Pink cardstock) that are included on the Matchbox die then topped it with a butterfly created from Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die in the Mini Occasion catalog. Free hand cut the decorative strip of Tea Party Designer paper and added a *FUN* ribbon treatment!

It's ready to be shipped off. Super cute and really fast to put together.

I hope this inspires you to go create and try something different!

Happy stamping!

Happiness Purse and Card

I stumbled across some totally unexpected news while trying to catch up on emails last week. Remember Sherrill Graff of latenitestampinwithsherill hired me to make samples for her and I sent her a box of goodies last year? Well, I had some extra cards I made for a Demonstrator Only swap and I mailed the extras to her to have as samples to share with her customers. Unbeknown to me she was holding a Convention Sample Making Contest and added my cards to the entries. With OVER 300 entries, she called on 80 ladies to help her chose the winners and I was one of 8 they chose!! The other 7 ladies are so talented and I am very pleased to be considered a winner along side of them. Needless to say when I was scrolling through and reading emails and saw my name I was quite puzzled. Once I read the entire email, I was thrilled at the awesome news!! Thank you so much for allowing me this wonderful opportunity again!

I'm sharing a set I sent to her last year. It was really hard to part with this set. I so love the colors and you know me and my purse addiction. ;o) Click on each picture for a close up view and the detail of the embossing, etc.

This exclusive Stampin' Up! Sizzlit set is very loved in my craft room. Did you see how I used him in 2008 for Frosty?? Link here > *LINK*
