Elf Shoes Card and Video Tutorial

Happy Thanksgiving Bloggers!!!

Finally I am back up and blogging and have a video tutorial for you! I had several waiting to be posted the past few months, but haven't been able to get them to load to my computer. I finally figured out what the problem was.  So check back often because I will be updating with videos on a regular basis. The first one is perfect for the upcoming holiday season. It is a pair of Elf Shoes using the Stampin' UP! Curly Label punch.  Leslie, one of my very talented stamping buddies, showed me how to make little elf shoes at a Demonstrator only retreat in October. She also gifted me with this Fall broom table decoration made using the Petal Cone Die!
  Isn't it wonderful!

Here is the card I made using the elf shoe.
Items used to create the elf shoes are
Curly Label Punch #119851
1/2" Circle Punch # 119869
Owl Builder Punch #118074
You may purchase them at my website HERE.

And here is the video tutorial for you.

Please take the time to leave me a comment if you like my video.
Go make something cute!

Gemstone Lanyards Stampin' Up! Style!

UPDATED SOLD ITEMS  July 12th, 10:05 AM.
Will post more available lanyards in a bit.
Thanks so much!! :-)

Many of you know me by my rubber stamping skills and paper crafts, but before I became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I was a published jewelry designer by the name of Elizabeth Terrell - Beads On The Brain. I closed my website because my pieces sold before I could get them uploaded to the website. It didn't make sense to spend my time updating the website. I continue to design jewelry for a small select customer base and enjoy being able to switch mediums when I need a creative break. If you have followed my blog for a long time, then you might recall an earlier post (Jan 2010) "Innovative Inspiration Confirmed" that displayed one of my older pendant designs and you are aware that I design jewelry. If not, I would like to share some of my latest designs.

Behold.....Gemstone Lanyards!! Created especially for the upcoming Stampin' Up! Convention in Salt Lake City! I wanted something wonderfully stylish to hang badges on. Lanyards can be so boring and I DON'T DO boring. After convention, remove the plastic badge holder and replace with a matching pendant to wear year round. I have several different colors and styles available.

WANT ONE??!! They are ONLY $36. I will update the blog as they are sold. $36 includes hand delivery at Convention. If you need it shipped to you, add $5. Contact me to complete your purchase. Include the item number with your request to indicate which style you prefer. All designs are exclusively mine and created by me. I pay attention to detail and meticulously hand wrap each connection. Each necklace is roughly 29" and with the pendant it measures 33" - 34" long depending on the focal size

A-3 Amazonite, Aquamarine quartz, Blue Topaz quartz & Swarovski crystals
J-1  Faceted Onyx, Pearls & Swarovski crystals
C-1 Faceted Tear Drop Quartz pendant, Quartz & Swarovski crystals

.P-1 Rose Quartz, Swarovski crystals, Rhodonite, Raspberry quartz & vintage Czech beads

A-1 Aqua Agate, Amazonite, Aquamarine quartz, Blue Topaz quartz & Swarovski crystals

A-2 Dark Aqua Agate, Amazonite, Aquamarine quartz, Blue Topaz quartz & Swarovski crystals

 Cheers!!

HOPPY Easter!

Just hopping by to wish everyone a very Happy Easter full of love and laughter!

I thought I would share one of my favorite Easter creations. I designed it in 2009 as a Easter swap for a friend. I call it the Carrot Condo!!! I couldn't share it in 2009 because I didn't want her to see what I was swapping. Three years later, here it is since I actually remembered. The box is one of my custom designs, the carrot I just cut out by hand and used markers to shade. The windows are actually from a retired Stampin' Up! hostess set.

Convention & Pre-Convention Events

Stampin Up! annual convention is in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah July 18-21, 2012. A ultra-fabulous event for all active demonstrators - you won't want to miss it!

Check out this link to get a sneak peek video of what Convention is like!
~~*VIDEO*~~

Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I can do this every day! Helping others express themselves in new and exciting ways! I love what I do!!

Besides being incredibly fun, filled with surprises, tons of prizes, and inspiring from beginning to end, there's lots of opportunities to rejuvenate and spark your creativity and business. Best of all you can reconnect with friends and make new friends from all over the US and Canada. I will be arriving Sunday July 15th with my downline group The Fussy Cutters!!

A wonderful group called Late Night Stampers has pre-convention activities and events - be sure to take advantage of special LNS room reservation rates and activity bundle packages~! I plan on attending all of them!! If you have followed my blog since the beginning, then you know Sherrill Graff has hired me several times as one of her sample designers. I have so much respect for her integrity and the inspiration she shares with those wanting to improve their lives. She truly Lifts, Inspires and Teaches.

The stamp camp and the shoe box swaps will be the only single ticket item available for sale from this point forward. Also, the only way to get the WOW's and the Friday night 75+1 swap now is to get the Mini Bundle.

Not a demonstrator yet? I can help with that! Just email or call me for all the information on how to join the SU family and get ready for Salt Lake City!!

~~* Purse Parade + Video Tutorial*~~

I'm still around! Sorry for going missing, but with the holidays and the New Year, I have had a ton of stuff going on and now I'm ready to share so many fun projects!

The latest news with my Stampin' Up! business is the awesome new Petite Purse Die being released in April 2012. I love, love, love PURSES, so I just had to purchase it as soon as it was available! Last week I whipped up a batch of these for my Friday downline meeting. They are so easy to put together.

I created my first video tutorial showing how I made the flowers to attach to the front of each purse. I hope you enjoy it. Please leave me a comment with your opinion after viewing it. This will help me improve future video tutorials.
